Entry:
Got a late start, drove straight to the Everglades (having grown up on the West coast, this Toll road thing sucks). I've always wanted to go on one of those swamp airboats, so I took a tour on one. It was kind of hooky, the first half was to look at the nature, the second half was to show off. It was fun, but I wish I'd hired a private one instead of doing a tour.

The place I'm staying at (the Eden house) is very nice. It's quaint, has a pool, jacuzzi, and restaurant, and is fairly close to down town. It's a little pricey, but I didn't have a whole lot of options as most placed were already booked. I had a fantastic German diner at Martin's which is here at the hotel. Afterwards I went out an walked around .Key West. All in all I'm not impressed. The nice atmosphere is ruined by to many drunk tourist and rude (and often drunk) locals.
