Rowed again this morning! This time in a single. It went surprisingly well considering I haven't been in a trainer in over 6 years (except for a flip test at LWRC, but that doesn't count, it was only for a few minutes and I ended up in the water).

After the row I was completely wasted so I enjoyed a nice long siesta! The rest of the day was spent wandering around the olympic village, and seeing a movie. The Game, once again a movie I liked (I'm wondering if traveling in making me less critical?)
