Errands days. Went by the post office and the bank, and just looked around downtown Windhoek. There is quite a bit of local crafts, but the prices seem outrageous - more than at Swakupmund! Found an internet cafe but it was painfully slow. Some people at the hostel recommended a great Italian restaurant and Dean, Kim, and Angie tried - but it was closed. We ended up at a rather mediocre Italian place. Spent the night hanging out at the hostel drinking beer until three thirty (it was too hot to sleep).
