I Slept in (I really love the quiet here) then spent the rest of the morning working on my journal and sending email from the internet cafe. In the early afternoon I went to the beach. There's a little bit of a swell running (waves 3-4 foot) so it was fun to play in the water. I've probably only manager to body surf a half dozen times in the last four years - it felt good. In the evening the clouds rolled in so I gave up on the sunset and went back to my room. I took a quick shower and put on clean dry clothes (I also got laundry back). As I walked out of my room for diner a few minutes later it started to rain. Within minutes it was torrential and I was drenched - so much for changing in to clean clothes. After diner it had stopped raining so I headed for one of the beach front cafes for a video. I watched the end of "Me, Myself, and Irene" (hated it), and then moved to another cafe to watch "Men of Honor" (loved it). The sky had cleared so I slowly walked back on the beach watching the stars and the beams from the lighthouse.
