We started the day with a good run. It was cool and foggy, the tide was low, basically the perfect running conditions.

We stopped at the Sea Lion caves. I thought it was worth the $6.50, but there was almost no one there, I might think differently if there was a crowd... I took pictures inside the cave, and of the light house.

In Eugene Amy made dinner (Pad Thai) for Elizabeth and I (at Elizabeth's house), and we went out on the town afterwards.
